Our Story
Top Dog Walk has been providing peace of mind and exceptional care for pet owners in Virginia Beach and Norfolk since 2009.
Care for people is as important as care for animals at Top Dog Walk. Ensuring that our team provides exceptional customer service and treats our clients and other team members with professionalism and compassion in central to what we do.
We go above and beyond to give our clients and their pets a great experience, and every detail is SO important to us.
Owner Beau Bibeau is a lifelong dog lover and professional whose mother was a professional dog trainer and raised AKC German Shepherd show dogs. Beau worked in veterinary offices and then the Philadelphia city animal shelter when he began to notice the need for trustworthy, reliable, professional in home pet care. He grew a passion for serving not only furry four-legged family members, but their human parents too. Before Top Dog Walk, he owned and operated a widely-beloved and award-winning pet care company called Rochester Dog Walkers.
He fosters rescue dogs from puppy mills and shelters who need socialization and rehabilitation, and has a Great Pyrenees and Lab/Hound rescue of his own.
